To access certain features, you must authorize via Google. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments and Credits

Certain CvForge features require the use of credits. Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Paddle. All transactions are handled by Paddle, our official Merchant of Record.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software code on CvForge are the property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated results (adapted resumes and letters) for your personal job search purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

CvForge does not guarantee employment or successful interview outcomes. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
